Back Office Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform day-to-day back-office administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
- Assist in handling customer queries and coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain and update databases and company records with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate with various departments such as HR, Finance, and Operations to support internal processes.
- Ensure timely processing and reporting of daily activities and operations.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external use.
- Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Help organize company meetings, events, and training sessions.
**Required Skills**:
- **Proficiency in MS Office** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT-related terminologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferred in IT, Business Administration, or related fields).
- Familiarity with office tools and software is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning new processes and technology-related tasks.
