**Subject Matter Expert - SRM AP**

**Job purpose**
Identify possible accuracy / quality issues and ensure necessary corrections are made and provide insights and reports to management
Receive the first level escalation from the legal entities, perform root cause, deep dive on the reason, build work around to avoid such escalations in future

**Your Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the global analysis of Procurement support operations teams’ quality & accuracy observations and report it to lead and manager of Procurement support operations
- To develop a strong control for Procurement support quality operations by conducting regular process reviews and take complete ownership of the processes, identify gaps and help the team to fix it proactively
- Be part of customer & managerial engagement through regular catch ups and ensure team and self-respond to all queries within 24 hours
- Sharing process improvement ideas based on the frequent observations and support team in completing the value-added projects
- To ensure all reporting’s are done on time and Report Monthly Metrics & dashboards as per the timelines
- Documentations to be reviewed on regular basis and keep it up to date
- Support management on adhoc quality reporting’s/ presentations
- To ensure all errors are recorded in Query tool and have corrective and preventive actions updated in alignment with the team.
- To identify inconsistencies / issues in the process and work with team & the Lead in resolving the same
- Act as a point of contact for all issues, requisitions & escalations relating to quality checks
- To ensure all reporting activities such as Dashboards are done on time & reviewed.
- Adhering to Compliance Requirement of the Process
- Reporting on results of quality activities
- Timely and accurate processing of applicable transactions according to process documentation
- Ensuring follow up issues within workflow systems
- Complying with procurement or/and accounting standards, policies and procedures
- Guide business and procurement operations end2end with system and process handling;
- Provide complex system support & trainings to new users
- To develop a strong control mechanism by conducting regular process reviews & take complete ownership of the processes, identify gaps & help the team to fix it proactively
- Be part of engagement initiative through regular catchups & ensure team & self-respond to all queries within 24 hours.
- To develop strong training plan for new joiners & ensure to provide/facilitate buddy trainings, cross trainings, process updates & back up creating plan.
- Sharing process improvement ideas through PRISM, other forums etc., & support team in completing the value-added projects.
- To ensure all reporting activities such as Dashboards are done on time & reviewed.
- Adhering to Compliance Requirement of the Process

**Who You Are**
- University Degree in Finance and Accounting, Commerce, or similar fields
- Solid knowledge of Source to Pay / Procurement Process preferable
- Experience of more than 7+ years in a S2P Environment - End to End Cycle
- Ability to deliver under high pressure
- Approachable with good collaboration and influencing skills
- Languages: Fluent in English
- Ability to deliver under high pressure

- Advanced Excel, Powerpoint & Presentation Skills
- SAP, Ariba & SmartBuy experience
- Experience in international projects or teams
