**Summary**:
The work schedule for this position is:

- Full Time (48 hours per week, Shift Duty; Monday
- Friday)

Duties

Basic Function of the Position: The position is located in the General Services Office(GSO) in the U.S. Embassy, New Delhi. The incumbent will:

- Obtain third-country travel visas for various countries for U.S. Direct Hire (USDH) employees, their family members, temporary duty visitors(TDYers) from the U.S. and neighboring countries on their official and personal visits.
- Obtain visas/restricted are permits from the Ministry of External Affairs for permanently assigned officers and their family members on personal/official visits and for TDYers.
- Meet and greet/expedite Ambassador, Charge d' affaires (CDA) and other VIPs.
- Arrange air and rail transportation including rental vehicles at different locations and hotel accommodations for all USDH employees and their family members on their official/personal visits and for LE staff to North India on TDY visits.
- Provide support to Consulates whenever requested.
- The incumbent will also perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Evaluations

**Requirements**:
**EXPERIENCE**:
This position requires two years of experience in travel management with a diplomatic mission or United Nations agency or international airlines or five-star hotel or travel agency.

**Education Requirements**:
This position requires Bachelor's degree in International Relations or Humanities or Commerce or Science is required.

- Examples: Infer nuanced meaning from complex documents

**LANGUAGE**:
**Level 4 (Fluent)** in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is required. This may be tested

**Level 3 (Good Working Knowledge) in Hindi (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is required.**

The pay plan is assigned at the time the conditional offer letter is issued by the HR Office.
