Programs and operates the CMM
- Mounts or installs tools, attachments, fixtures or work pieces on CMM
- Performs in-process inspections, Final inspection as per the requirement raised by the unit
- Reads engineering drawing, specifications and executes the tasks of inspection
- Meet and discuss with the designer and resolve the doubts
- Knowledge on inspection of tools like mould, press tool, die casting tool, jigs and fixtures
- Experience of 3 plus years in handling CMM and standard room
- Knowledge on inspection of inspection gauges
- Hands on experience on ISO documentation and leads the overall documentation of CMM and standard room
Experience: 3 to 4 years in any manufacturing industry
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
