Checking and recording patients’ vitals before during and after dialysis
- Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.
- Monitoring patients during dialysis treatment to identify any adverse reaction
- Promptly notifying the appropriate medical practitioner of any problems that occur during dialysis.
- Staff Nurses are responsible to provides comprehensive care to assigned patients and responsible for patient delight.
- Staff Nurses are responsible for maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Staff Nurses are responsible to wear the stipulated uniform while on duty.
- Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.
- Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
- Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
- Consult and coordinate with care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
- Assist in the infection control programs, advising and consulting with specified personnel about necessary precautions.
- Responsible for the overall patient satisfaction,
- Coordinate & communicate with clinical Secretarial staff in the Floor/working area.
- Staff Nurses are responsible to ensure that dead patients must be given prompt death care according to their believes and religion.
- Any duties assigned by the management from time to time.

**Salary**: ₹15,927.55 - ₹27,857.79 per month

**Experience**:
