Your Team

The Investments Technology team works closely with Traders, Quant teams and our global technology partners to build

and support Invesco’s CRD/ Portware platform. Our goal is to deliver best in class trading solutions that empowers

portfolio managers, traders, trade management and the quantitative research teams to perform at the highest level.

The team focuses on delivering innovative solutions using the latest technology, optimizing trading workflows, data

new trader ideas to life

Invesco Technology Associates Program (iTAP) is a talent program aimed at recruiting small cohorts of highly skilled

junior professionals into Invesco in order to deploy them into the organization. This program provides an opportunity to

move through multiple teams, giving real-world experience by working closely with stakeholders across globe.

Your Role
- Fulfil requirements and meet goals and benchmarks set out at the start of the iTAP program
- 2-3 rotation across teams to gain exposure in the areas of business analysis (BA), Scrum Master/ Product Owner

to manage Agile projects
- Learn the end-to-end Invesco business model and growth strategy (product, investment, sales, operations and

corporate services)
- Participate in cultural, technology and management training
- Collaborate with the iTAP Sponsor(s), personal Invesco mentor, and other relevant business and HR personnel to

build long-term working relationships
- Coordinate, organize and prioritize operations or projects with a special focus on results

The Experience You Bring
- Good analytical skills and superb attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with a network of colleagues spread across different time zones
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Academic requirements - MBA/PGDM (2023 Batch) - B.Tech / B.E. background is preferred - No current backlogs - 50% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th or Diploma, UG course Why Invesco?
