We are looking for a dedicated or a creative fresher to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings with excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drafting relevant Job Descriptions & Posting them on Multiple Job Boards.
- Conducting initial phone screening.
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet internal and external deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Computer proficiency.
- Excellent communication and creativity skills.
- Basic knowledge of Recruiting techniques.
- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Strong sales & negotiation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
