Sales Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks and document preparation.

Ø Coordinate sales-related activities, such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining sales records.

Ø Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales quotations and proposals.

Ø Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing necessary information and assistance.

Ø Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their queries and resolving complaints in a timely manner.

Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Ø Prepare and generate regular sales reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts.

Ø Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Ø Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and information sharing.

Ø Assist in organizing sales meetings and sales events.

Ø Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support sales efforts.

Ø Manage and update product information and pricing in marketing materials and sales tools.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
