- Maintaining Inventory of Incoming and outgoing materials.
- Receiving, issuing & stocking of the materials, and maintaining of manual records for all high value materials
- Day to day updating of all transaction receipts, issues posting in SAP.
- Follow-up to purchase department for requirements and pending materials etc,
- Day to day coordinate with project in-charge and all other departments for requirement/pending issues.
- Physical verification of all materials every end of month as per SAP Stock statement.
- Reconciliation of all high value materials and sub-contractor issues etc.
- Implementing Stores procedures and systems on site in all levels.
- Preparation of Monthly stock / Reconciliation reports and sent Head office.
- Other responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager.
