**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement training programs: Create comprehensive and age-appropriate training plans tailored to the individual needs and goals of each student, focusing on flexibility, strength, coordination, and technique.

Coach students: Provide technical instruction and personalized guidance to students, from beginners to advanced levels, ensuring continual improvement.

Ensure safety: Prioritize student safety by adhering to proper safety protocols, using the correct techniques, and maintaining a safe environment for all training sessions.

Prepare students for competition: Assist students in preparing for and participating in gymnastics competitions at local, state, or national levels, with emphasis on physical readiness and mental focus.

Foster positive relationships: Cultivate a positive and supportive atmosphere, encouraging students and building strong relationships with their families.

Promote gymnastics and wellness: Engage with the broader school community, promoting the benefits of gymnastics and encouraging participation.

**Qualifications**:
Gymnastics experience: Extensive experience in gymnastics, either as a competitive athlete or as a gymnastics coach.

Certifications: A recognized gymnastics coaching certification is preferred.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of gymnastics rules, techniques, equipment usage, and student development.

Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.

Leadership skills: Strong leadership and motivational abilities to inspire and guide young students.

Passion: A true passion for gymnastics and a commitment to nurturing the potential of young students.
