**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and research.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and track communication progress.
- **Tender Preparation**:
- Analyze tender documents to understand client requirements and determine the most effective approach.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive tender proposals within specified deadlines.
- **Sales and Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to progress leads through the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and tender submissions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead generation, and tender outcomes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
