We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Video Editor and Graphic Designer to join our creative team at [Company Name]. As a Senior Video Editor and Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in producing visually stunning and engaging multimedia content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire video editing and graphic design process, from concept development to final delivery, across various platforms and channels.

**Responsibilities**:
Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute high-quality video content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience.

Lead video editing projects, including assembling raw footage, adding transitions, graphics, and special effects, and ensuring smooth and cohesive storytelling.

Collaborate with the creative team, content creators, and marketing strategists to develop innovative and compelling video concepts and visual designs that resonate with our audience.

Edit and enhance existing video content to optimize engagement and effectiveness across different platforms, including social media, websites, and digital campaigns.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video editing and graphic design to continually improve the quality and impact of our multimedia content.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.

Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior video editors and graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Create visually appealing graphic designs, including but not limited to logos, branding materials, digital advertisements, social media graphics, and website assets.

Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all visual elements and multimedia content produced by the team.

Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies as needed to supplement in-house capabilities and resources.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.

Proven experience as a senior video editor and graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video projects and graphic design work.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

Solid understanding of visual storytelling, cinematography, typography, and color theory.

Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling and effective multimedia content.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and communicate ideas and feedback clearly.

Knowledge of current trends in digital media, social media platforms, and content marketing strategies.

Experience with motion graphics, animation, and 3D modeling is a plus.

A passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning in the field of multimedia production and visual design.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
