**Job description**
- Operating and maintaining chillers and cooling tower equipment to ensure that they are working properly
- Performing routine maintenance on chillers and cooling towers, including cleaning and repairing pumps, compressors, and evaporators.
- Maintaining records of equipment use for billing purposes
- Determining the appropriate size of a system based on the size of the building or facility and its cooling requirements
- Repairing small mechanical breakdowns such as leaks or clogs in pipes

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial chillers according to manufacturer’s specifications and local codes
- Perform regular maintenance on all assigned equipment, including but not limited to: oil changes, filter changes, belt replacements, and general cleaning
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed, as well as any repairs made, using the company’s work order system
- Respond to emergency service calls in a timely manner, troubleshooting problems and making necessary repairs
- Diagnose issues with Chillers by conducting thorough inspections of the entire system
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures when working with tools, chemicals, and heavy machinery.

**Experience : 3 to 5 years+**

**Qualification - Diploma / ITI MRAC**

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
