8. Offer guidance on corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and company law matters.

**Skills**:
1. Acting as a whole time Company Secretary

2. Handling Compliances under Companies Act and other applicable regulations to the Company and its subsidiaries.

3. Should be open to learning new things and should be able to do multitasking

4. Should be proactive and be able to handle given assignments independently

5. Team player

6. Company secretary registration certificate/number
