Architectural Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- ability to create design concepts and detailed drawings & expert in AutoCAD, Revit, sketch up lumion or any Architectural 3d modeling
- Collaborate with the team support in preparing construction documents, cost estimates, and project specifications.
- Assist in project management tasks such as budget tracking, scheduling, and communication with contractors and clients.
- Participate in design review meetings and contribute to discussions on project development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or M ( Arch ) from an accredited institution.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and other relevant tools
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in project management and site experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them from start to finish.
