**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
- CSAT would be a prime responsibility.
- Achieving / Increasing CSAT/Customer feedback scores and analyzing data to improve processes, maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Getting feedback forms filled from the existing customers during site visits
- Creating a positive on boarding experience for new clients.
- Identifying ways to overcome clients' initial dislike of company products.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively listening to members and identifying their needs.
- Up Selling and cross-selling products and services to existing potential Customers.
- Investigating and resolving or escalating queries and concerns of customers and ensures the timely and effectively closure of the same.
- Manage challenges of customer queries during handing/taking over of possessions to clients.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
