- Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store.
- Oversee stock and store operations.
- Attend to all customers coming into the store.
- Recommend styles to customers by understanding their choice & personality.
- Analyze the styles that perform well at the store.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Coordinate between the warehouse production & store to ensure custom orders are perfectly delivered to the customers.

**Requirements**:

- Skilled to take customized orders.
- Really good communication skills.
- Having a fashion or retail background is preferred.
- Customer-centric with a positive attitude

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
