**Role Responsibility**
*
- Manage pupil learning through effective teaching.
- Ensure continuity, progression and cohesiveness in all teaching.
- Use variety of methods and approaches to match curricular and co-curricular objectives
- Teaching students from beginner to advanced level.
- Communicate high expectations for every student.
- Planning and implementing a program of instruction and lesson plans.
- Demonstrate effective preparation for student’s instruction.
- Have knowledge of varied methodologies of instruction and assessment
- Inspiring and motivating students to extend themselves to after school speech clubs.
- Building relationships and mentoring students.
- Maintain student behavioural standards to ensure a productive and disciplined environment that is conducive to learning.
- Maintain a fun, safe and positive learning environment for students.
- Evaluate student progress and ensure that students complete daily assignments.
