**JOB PROFILE** - **Organize, coordinate & monitor implementation of safety standards procedures and programmes for prevention of injuries in order to maintain safe working environment and to enhance productivity of the Unit.**
- KRA 1: Experience in DuPont methodology, Gap analysis and preparation of action plan.
- KRA 2: Incident Investigation, HIRA, SOP, SWP, Other standards, Legal aspects of safety
- KRA 3: Audit, Training to all level of employees, knowledge of project safety guidelines
- KRA 4: Analysis of SO, Incidents and prepare action plan for improvement, and capability to support line functions to improve.
- KRA 5: Motivational skill to make employees follow the safety norms etc

**Professional Experience description: (state key experiences required)**:
Statutory Compliance, Safety Implementation, Training & awareness, Safety Promotion Activities,

System compliance, Safety Auditing

**Critical Job competencies / Mandatory Skills**:
Incumbent should be able to handle Safety department operations at plant
1. Experience in DuPont methodology, Gap analysis and preparation of action plan.
2. Incident Investigation, HIRA, SOP/SWP, Other standards, Legal rules of safety.
3. Audit, Training to all level of employees, knowledge of project safety guidelines.
4. Analysis of SO/BBS, Incidents, Audits and Prepare action plan for improvement, and capability to support line functions to improve.

5. Motivational skill to make employees follow the safety norms etc.

**KANNADA SPEAKING IS MANDATORY FOR THIS POSITION**

**Professional Qualifications: Diploma in Industrial Safety**

**Essential: BE/BSc/Diploma**

**Preferably: DIS from CLI/RLI/Karnataka**

**Professional Experience: 5 to 8 Years**

**Age**: 25-35 years**

**Qualifications**:
Diploma,Post Diploma-Industrial Safety,Bachelor Of Engineering,Bachelor Of Science

**Minimum Experience Level**:
6-12 Years
