Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team at Archfusion Design. As an Interior Designer specializing in commercial projects, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces for a variety of commercial clients across the globe. Your innovative design solutions and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our projects and enhance the overall experience of our clients and their customers.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Client Collaboration and Project Briefing:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and brand identity for the commercial space.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information on space constraints, architectural features, and design opportunities.
- Develop design briefs, mood boards, and concept presentations to communicate design ideas effectively to clients.

2. Space Planning and Layout Design:

- Create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior layouts that optimize space utilization and flow for commercial environments.
- Develop detailed floor plans, furniture layouts, and spatial configurations based on client needs and project objectives.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of interior design with architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) elements.

3. Material and Finishes Selection:

- Specify appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the project budget, brand identity, and design concept.
- Prepare material boards and sample presentations for client approval and project documentation.

4. Interior Detailing and Documentation:

- Develop detailed interior elevation drawings, shop drawings, and custom furniture designs as required.
- Prepare comprehensive construction drawings and specifications for interior fit-out and finishes.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Review and approve shop drawings, mock-ups, and material samples to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.

5. Project Coordination and Management:

- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of design concepts.
- Attend site meetings, monitor progress, and address design-related issues during the construction phase.
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers and interns as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in commercial interior design, including retail spaces, corporate offices, hospitality venues, or similar environments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software for space planning and 3D visualization.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to commercial interior design.
- Excellent design sensibility, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate design concepts effectively through hand sketches, renderings, and presentations.
- Experience with project management tools and software for organizing, tracking, and coordinating design projects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
