**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments.

Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable products or services.

Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.

Provide product information, pricing details, and quotes to customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Requirements:_

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

**Proven work experience as a Sales cum Telecaller or similar role for at least 1 year.**

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience in the [industry/sector] is a plus.

Additional language proficiency is advantageous.

Training or certification in sales techniques or customer service is desirable.
