Designation : Tele Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Initiate and receive calls to prospective clients to promote and sell real estate properties.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients through cold calling, database management, and other lead generation methods.
- **Product Knowledge**: Possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, properties, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate with potential buyers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall team targets.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct regular follow-up calls with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales process.
- **Documentation**: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the overall customer experience and achieve collective goals.
- **Feedback**: Provide feedback to the management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and suggestions for improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
