Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Data Management:

- Collect, compile, and analyse data from various departments within the organization.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data inputs into the MIS.

Report Generation:

- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to assist management in decision-making processes.
- Develop visually appealing and insightful dashboards for easy comprehension of data.

Process Improvement:

- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance overall productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.

System Maintenance:

- Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of the Management Information System.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the MIS.

Training and Support:

- Provide training to staff on MIS usage and best practices.
- Offer ongoing support to users, addressing any concerns or questions related to the system.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and customize reports accordingly.
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure effective information flow within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a Heavy Engineering Company.
- Proficient in MIS tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 per month

Application Process:
