**Job Description: TGT English Teacher**
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons for students in middle and high school (Grades 6-10).
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance language proficiency, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and creativity.
- Evaluate and monitor students' progress through assignments, tests, and activities.
- Support extracurricular activities such as debates, elocutions, and literary clubs.
- Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues to discuss student performance and development.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field; B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience at the middle or high school level (preferred).
- Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in classroom management and the use of technology for teaching.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
