**Responsibilities**:
**1. Web Design**:

- Create visually stunning and user-friendly website layouts, incorporating modern design principles and ensuring a consistent brand experience.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and design custom solutions that meet business objectives.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas.

**2. Web Development**:

- Build responsive and cross-browser-compatible websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
- Implement and maintain content management systems (CMS) to facilitate easy content updates.

**3. User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI)**:

- Optimize website performance and responsiveness for various devices and screen sizes.

**4. Testing and Debugging**:

- Conduct thorough testing of websites to identify and resolve any bugs, issues, or inconsistencies.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the quality and functionality of our websites.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Web Designer and Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and development projects.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Experience with back-end technologies and languages (Node.js, Python, PHP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
