**Position : Inbound Sales Executive**
Voice/Non-Voice : Voice Department: Sales Shift Type: 9 hrs Fixed Shifts: Night Shifts Weekends Off : Rotational Offs **Work Description**: Responsible for taking Inbound calls from Customers to sell the product and services. **Key Skills**: 1. Should have good convincing power 2. Would be required to handle Customer Grievance 3. Should be Comfortable with shifts timing 4. High Level of Patience is required **Other Skills**: 1. Problem Solver 2. Communicator 3. Attention to Detail,Ability to Research 4. Basic Technical Knowledge 5. Motivator and always encourage the team
Communication: Excellent communication and Fluency is must Typing Speed: Good
**Education** Qualifications: Graduate/PG
Compensation (Rs/Month) **Salary**: As Per Industry Standard Food Complimentary: YES Performance Incentive: YES
