**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and maintain databases using MySQL or other relational database management systems.
- Develop server-side logic, including APIs and back-end services, to support front-end functionality.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
- Debug and resolve software defects and issues. Perform code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Use version control systems (e.g., Github) to manage code repositories.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for code, databases, and APIs.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the best possible solutions are being utilized.

**Must Have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a PHP developer, with a strong portfolio of web projects.
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and related technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
