A medical scribe is **responsible for listening, observing, and accurately documenting the interaction between a healthcare provider and their patients in real-time**.

A Medical Scribe is essentially a personal assistant to the physician; **performing documentation in the EHR, gathering information for the patient's visit, and partnering with the physician to deliver the pinnacle of efficient patient care**.

Along with providing scribe training to the new joiners, someone who has handled this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹28,858.89 - ₹54,179.22 per month
