**I. Key Responsibilities.**
- Responsible for Shop floor Safety and 5S.
- Responsible for the performance of a production and continuous improvement.
- Responsible for product quality and issue resolution.
- Responsible for production planning and execution.
- Responsible for man management and trainings

**II. Required Experience**
- Experience in Pre-Treatment and Powder coating industries.
- knowledge of all types of powder and its properties.
- Knowledge of Powder coating operations and Equipments.
- Knowledge of Chemical Titration process.
- Knowledge of quality tools.
- Experience in handling of unionized operators.
- Good manpower management.
- Need good communication skill (written and verbal)
- Should be adaptable to various situation.
- Should be good team player.
- Should possess good leadership skills.
- Should work in three shifts.

Pay: ₹18,506.38 - ₹22,539.15 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
