Roles & Responsibilities of MandalIncharge Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and ability to manage team
- No prior political allegiance to any party
- Possess a minimum graduate degree or final-year student
- Proficient in the Gujarati language and possess a basic understanding of English language
- Must possess good communication skills & a problem-solving attitude
- Should have a laptop and have fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs -Willing to work and travel within the Gandhinagar Lok Sabha Constituency
- Required a foundational understanding of political matters
- Location: Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct an in-depth survey of the Gandhinagar Lok Sabha Constituency (Caste dynamics, Influential social/political/cultural figures, Political and governance issues, etc.)
- Critically analyse and compile reports on implementing various welfare schemes and programs in the Mandal launched by the state and central governments
- Compile Daily/Weekly/Monthly work planner for the Locality in charge
- Reporting and Monitoring of Locality Incharge(s)
- Compile reports on political & governance issues in the Constituency

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- 2 yearr: 1 year (preferred)
