**Lead Digital Marketing Executive**

**Job Overview**:The Lead Digital Marketing Executive is a pivotal role responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive online visibility, engagement, and lead generation. This role involves managing a team of digital marketers, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and staying current with digital trends to ensure the company's digital presence remains effective and competitive.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy Development**:Formulate and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and adapt strategies to stay ahead of industry changes.

**Team Management**:Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals.
Assign tasks, set performance goals, and provide ongoing feedback and support.
Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive execution of digital campaigns.

**Content Strategy**:Develop and oversee content creation plans that align with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
Manage content distribution across various digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Ensure consistent and high-quality content that reflects the brand's voice and values.

**Social Media Management**:Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and fostering meaningful interactions.
Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

**SEO and SEM**:Implement and oversee search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, optimizing keywords and ad performance.
Monitor website traffic and use analytics tools to refine strategies for better results.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
Provide regular reports to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in digital marketing software, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
