Payroll Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**Payroll Processing**:
- Collect and compile employee timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data for accurate payroll processing.
- Calculate employee salaries, wages, bonuses, commissions, and deductions based on company policies and applicable laws.
- Process payroll using established systems or software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies from employees.
**Compliance Management**:
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws, tax regulations, and employment standards to ensure compliance at all times.
- Ensure that company policies and practices align with local, state, and federal regulations.
Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies regarding payroll, taxes, and other employment-related matters.
- Monitor changes in regulations and make necessary adjustments to policies and processes.
**Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and organized payroll records, including salary information, tax withholdings, and benefits contributions.
- Prepare and distribute pay stubs, tax forms, and other relevant documents to employees as required.
**Benefits Administration**:
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Ensure accurate deductions and contributions for benefits programs and communicate benefit-related information to employees.
**Communication and Support**:
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and compliance.
- Provide support and assistance to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries, tax issues, and benefit matters.
**Audits and Reporting**:
- Participate in internal and external audits related to payroll and compliance matters.
- Generate payroll reports and summaries for management and other stakeholders as needed.
**Continuous Improvement**:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within payroll and compliance functions.
- Implement best practices to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and compliance management.
- Familiarity with relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and employment standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
