Industry : Steel Plant/ Power Plant

Roles and Responsibilities:
Drafting and Modeling: The primary responsibility of a Draftsman Tekla is to create detailed 2D and 3D models of steel structures and components using the Tekla Structures software. They convert engineering designs and specifications into accurate and precise models.

Structural Analysis: Draftsman Tekla may perform basic structural analysis to ensure that the designed steel structures meet the required standards and safety regulations. They need to understand the structural behavior of various components and incorporate this knowledge into their models.

Drawing Preparation: They prepare detailed fabrication and assembly drawings based on the Tekla models. These drawings include dimensions, annotations, and other essential information required for the fabrication and construction processes.

Collaboration with Engineers and Designers: Draftsman Tekla work closely with structural engineers and designers to interpret design requirements and incorporate them into the models and drawings. They communicate effectively to address any design changes, technical issues, or discrepancies.

Mandatory experience in steel structures, drawings, modelling, Drafting in Tekla, 2d & 3d structures.

Salary as per Industry Standards.
