**Position**: Project Management Back Office

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Qualification**: Any Graduate

**Skill set** : Good communication, Good in MS -Excel & MS Office knowledge is mandatory

**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Release PM monthly MIS comprising
- Orders On hand,
- Equipment at site yet to be handed over.
- Projects handed over in the month.
- The data needs to be prepared latest by 3rd of every month and shared with Govt./Pvt. RPMs for review.
- Monitor updating of Bridge by PM and generate reports from Bridge, monthly.
- Initiate and conduct KOM within 5 days form the date of customer’s order. The minutes of Kick off meeting to be maintained and circulated to all stake holders.
- Maintain record of Procurement Certificates and handing over reports for all projects and report deviation on monthly basis on 5th of every month.
- Support the RPM in tracking and expediting activities towards completion of projects.
- Local Bought Out follow-up with BA counterpart and supplier till the point of delivery at site.
- The deliveries of the Local Bought Outs should be aligned with the Contractual obligations of the order and the Equipment requirement.

**Project Review Function**:

- Participate in weekly LBO review meeting with commercial and PM to understand critical issues new/additional requirements for projects, priorities etc, and capture/make minutes of the same and share with all stakeholders.
- Participate in govt./pvt. review with respective project management teams and contribute to improve the execution methodology.
- Participate in weekly tender review call with Bid management team and maintain & circulate the tender dashboard for all the regions to regional RPMs. Follow up for any urgent and critical tender documents required from PM with respective regional project managers.
- Conduct fortnightly govt. review call with all stakeholders, document and circulate minutes to all stakeholders with responsibilities and timelines for each line item.
- Co-ordinate with PM team member and update the open installation list with project progress comment.
- Attend weekly call to track the status of vendor bills of mechanical vendors and turnkey contractors within the PM and Regional BA team and ensure the updating of tracker.
