We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Jewelry Store Assistant (Backend) to join our team. As a backend assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient functioning of our store operations, primarily focusing on backend tasks and administrative duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and process incoming shipments of jewelry merchandise, verifying accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Organize and maintain inventory records, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper documentation of product movements.
- Assist in preparing merchandise for display, including tagging, labeling, and packaging items according to store guidelines.
- Conduct periodic stock checks and assist in reconciling discrepancies between physical inventory and records.
- Assist in managing the store's supply inventory, including ordering necessary supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain store databases, including product information, pricing, and inventory records.
- Support the store manager and sales team with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing paperwork, organizing documents, and responding to internal inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management, safety protocols, and security measures.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar backend or administrative role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
- Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
