Quality Control Management: Develop, implement, and maintain effective quality control procedures and policies to ensure consistent product or service quality.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to relevant quality standards, regulations, and certifications, such as ISO, FDA, or other industry-specific requirements.
- Inspection and Testing: Coordinate and conduct inspections, audits, and product or process testing to identify deviations, defects, or non-compliance issues.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and analyze quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformance instances to determine the root causes and develop corrective and preventive actions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement through data analysis, performance metrics, and industry best practices.
- Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain effective quality control mechanisms, conduct supplier audits, and monitor supplier performance.
- Training and Education: Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, quality documentation, and reports on quality control activities, inspection results, and corrective actions taken.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as production, engineering, and customer service, to address quality issues, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a seamless quality management process.
- Quality Assurance System: Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of a robust quality management system, including quality manuals, standard operating procedures, and quality-related documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field. Additional certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ASQ) are a plus.
- Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, preferably in a manufacturing or service-oriented industry.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and identify trends or patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
- Proficiency in using quality management tools, statistical software, and documentation systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive quality initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Continuous improvement mindset and a drive for excellence.
