**We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our healthcare team in Mandya. The Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Supervision and Leadership**: Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and nursing assistants. Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- ** Patient Care Management**: Monitor patient care activities to ensure delivery of quality care. Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers. Respond to patient care needs and emergencies as required.
- ** Staff Scheduling**: Develop and maintain nursing staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts. Address staffing issues and adjust schedules as needed to meet patient care requirements.
- ** Interdisciplinary Collaboration**: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning.
- ** Performance Evaluation**: Conduct performance evaluations for nursing staff members. Recognize outstanding performance and address areas for improvement through coaching and mentoring.
- ** Resource Management**: Manage nursing resources efficiently, including equipment, supplies, and staffing. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of necessary supplies.
