**Position: Female PGT Psychology Teacher**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans in psychology that align with the curriculum guidelines.
- Teach psychology concepts and theories to students using a variety of instructional strategies.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
- Assess student understanding through quizzes, tests, essays, and other forms of assessment.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the psychology curriculum.
- Participate in school events and activities to support the overall development of students.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in psychology at the secondary or higher secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of psychology concepts and theories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of technology for instructional purposes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
