As a Restaurant Steward, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized environment, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency in our restaurants.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Dishwashing and Sanitization**: Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards.
- **Organizational Support**: Assist in maintaining a well-organized and efficient kitchen by managing dishwashing and storage areas.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen staff, servers, and other restaurant team members to facilitate smooth service operations.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and report on the usage of cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- **Hygiene Compliance**: Adhere to and enforce all hygiene and sanitation standards, contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Report any malfunctioning kitchen equipment and assist in basic maintenance tasks.
- **Assist in Food Preparation**: Support the kitchen team by assisting in basic food preparation tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
