About Us:
We are an exciting new seafood and cocktail lounge located in the heart of Panaji, blending the vibrant flavors of Goan and Portuguese cuisine with an immersive Fado & jazz lounge ambiance. We are seeking talented and passionate Female Bartenders to join our team and help craft exceptional drinks in a lively, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare a wide range of cocktails, including both classic and signature drinks, with precision and flair.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and creating a welcoming experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
- Assist with the development of new cocktails and seasonal drink menus.
- Monitor and manage inventory, and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create harmonious food and drink pairings.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender, ideally in a cocktail bar or fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and cocktail techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
- A passion for creating unique, memorable guest experiences through drinks.
- Previous experience in creating cocktails with local ingredients is a plus.
