Organize internal and client interviews.
- Find Vendors, Hire New Vendors, Negotiate Rates, and Monitor new requirement.
- Communicate with vendors regarding their resources.
- Work on vendor documentation and understand the contract clauses.
- Communicate with the sales team to understand the client's staffing requirements.
- Create and maintain vendor database.
- Develop and update job descriptions.

**Requirement**
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
- Work experience with recruitment agencies will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹39,288.32 per month
