**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MOTION DESIGNER**

**A Little Bit About the Role**:
MORE is expanding the team for our client, a global FMCG company with multiple international house-hold brands in its stable. We're looking to recruit a Motion Graphics Automation Designer to work with our offshore teams on a new account, as a dedicated member of the team and on a long-term contract basis.

Our team will work across the following:

- Content production.
- Programmatic video adaptations.

**What You'll be Doing**:

- Project collaboration with global teams, with a focus on asset creation and implementation.
- Versioning/adapting projects for regional markets.
- Brand custodianship.
- Working with the Project Manager and aiming to achieve daily/weekly milestones.
- Troubleshooting.
- Accurate time keeping.

**What Skills You'll Need**:

- Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite with specific competency in After Effects.
- Advantageous: Python, Java Script and Dataclay.
- Passionate about motion graphics automation and code with an understanding of the latest innovations in digital & social design.
- Relevant degree or diploma.
- Experience with Production Automation Tools.
- Excel/Google Sheets experience.
- Be a driven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player.

**You'll Have**:

- Relevant degree or diploma.
- Attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing work in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate very effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Have a proven ability to communicate and liaise with all levels in the business.
- Ability to plan against timelines.

Not essential but definitely an advantage:

- Experience on global FMCG brands.
- Multi-market experience.
- Languages spoken (English).
