Agm/dgm Horticulture

**Job Responsibility-AGM/DGM Horticulture -**
1-Planning & Process Orientation
1.Work with corporate environment team and derive the horticulture roadmap of the Plant in line with the overall biodiversity, environmental and sustainability commitments of the organisation.
2.Partner with external stakeholders (local communitites / NGOs etc) and lend expertise pertaining to horticulture.
3.Identify opportunities, design and develop landscapes to enhance the aesthetic appeal inside and outside the Works
4.Develop vacant spaces for Plantation to enhance the greenbelt in the Plants
5.Perform Seed sowing and total care of seedling while they are growing.
6.Bonsai, Exotic and rare plants propagation and cultivation
7.Ensure propagation of different foliage, flowering & avenue plants.
8.Manage & maintain the implements used in Nursery like spraying, pruning, trimming etc. Water tanks, pipelines maintenance by desilting and repairs etc.
9.Introduce new species of plants species and nurturing.
10.Prepare pot mixture, composite mixtures for seeds souring etc.
11.Manage the maintenance of poly houses and plant storage houses & ensure to keep adequate

13.Ensure to organize and conduct flower shows.
14.Conduct Installation of sprinklers for water conservation.
15.Execute design, installation & operation of fountains in works and township.
16.Ensure to review the complaints received.
2-Cost Focus
1.Prepare Revenue Budget for requirements of the department.
2.Ensure cost saving by:
- Use of sludge manure from STP.
Use of manure from organic waste converter.
Prepare leaf mould from fallen leaves.
Use of salvage materials for various purposes.
Use of waste wood generated
Use of mushroom waste and poultry and wood shaving as manure.
3-Relationship Management
1.Develop and maintain good relationship with the stakeholders to ensure smooth Processes.

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
