We are seeking a motivated Junior Geologist with one year of experience to join our team. **Responsibilities**:

- **Fieldwork**: Assist with geological field surveys, data collection, and sample analysis. Conduct site visits to gather geological data and observe field conditions.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze geological samples, including rocks, minerals, and soil, using laboratory equipment and techniques. Interpret data to support project objectives.
- **Report Preparation**: Prepare detailed reports and documentation of fieldwork and laboratory findings. Present data and findings to senior geologists and project managers.
- **Research**: Support research efforts by reviewing geological literature, studies, and data relevant to current projects. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- **Technical Support**: Assist in the development and implementation of geological models and simulations. Provide technical support for ongoing geological assessments and projects.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and best practices while working in the field and laboratory. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a geological or related role, preferably with experience in fieldwork and granite analysis.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with geological software and data analysis tools (e.g., GIS, RockWorks).
- Basic understanding of geological mapping, sampling techniques, and mineralogy.
- Experience with laboratory equipment and geological analysis methods is a plus.
- **Field Skills**: Ability to conduct fieldwork in various environmental conditions, including remote and challenging locations.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and data presentation.
- **Problem-Solving**: Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex geological data.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with senior geologists and other professionals.
