As a Beauty Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and assisting prospective students in choosing the right beauty courses and programs that align with their career goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Course Promotion: Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to create awareness about Lakme Academy's beauty courses in city. Participate in educational fairs, events, and workshops to showcase the academy's offerings and attract potential students.
- Career Guidance: Stay updated on the latest beauty industry trends and developments to provide valuable career guidance to students. Advise them on potential career paths, job opportunities, and areas of specialization.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents/guardians, and alumni to create a positive and supportive learning environment. Address any concerns or issues raised by students promptly and professionally.
- Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology).
- Proven experience in student counselling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
- A genuine passion for the beauty and grooming industry with a strong understanding of its various career opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Result-oriented with the ability to work towards achieving enrolment targets.
- Familiarity with basic computer skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages will be advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,702.21 per month
