**Essential Skillset**
- Implementation knowledge of Learning Theories / Methodologies.
- Sound implementation of Instructional Designs that is engaging and highly effective.
- Experience in designing instructionally sound learning materials for online trainings.
- Experience in designing scenario based and simulation based courses.
- SME and Client Interfacing
- Have good analytical skills.
- Very Good Communication Skills.
