Librarian

**Educational Qualification**:
M. L. I. Sc. or Equivalent

**Experience**:
Minimum 2 Years of Experience.

**Must Have**:

- Good academic records.
- Good interpersonal skill.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a diverse and up-to-date library collection that supports the school curriculum and the interests and needs of the students and teachers.
- Assist students and teachers in accessing and using library resources effectively, including books, databases, and online research tools.
- Teach students how to locate, evaluate, and use information effectively, and provide guidance and support for research projects.
- Manage the circulation of library materials, including checking out and checking in books and other resources, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain the library space and equipment, including shelving, labeling, and repairing books, and ensuring that the library is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate library resources and services into the curriculum and support student learning.
- Plan and conduct library programs and activities that promote reading, research, and other forms of intellectual and creative engagement.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for library operations, including circulation, collection development, and patron behavior.
