**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Technical Support**: Provide day-to-day technical assistance to campaign staff, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and resolve IT-related challenges in a timely manner.

**System Maintenance**:Monitor and maintain campaign devices, servers, and network infrastructure, ensuring mínimal downtime and secure operations.

**Cybersecurity**:Implement and manage security measures to protect sensitive campaign data and systems, including firewalls, antivirus programs, and access controls.

**Equipment Management**: Set up, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and other equipment for campaign offices and events.

**Qualifications**

Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or campaign environment.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems.
Familiarity with campaign tool like Vici Dialer.
Ability to work flexible hours
