**Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Operations**: Greet customers and visitors warmly as they enter the shop, providing a positive first impression.
**Customer Service**: Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and general assistance. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and helpful interactions.
**Phone Handling**: Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Take messages and forward calls to the appropriate staff members.
**Appointment Scheduling**: Manage and schedule appointments for customers. Coordinate with staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
**Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the shop, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
**Cash Handling**: Handle basic cash transactions, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
**Information Dissemination**: Communicate relevant information to customers, such as promotions, events, and shop policies.
**Maintaining Clean and Tidy Reception Area**: Ensure the reception area is neat and organized, creating a welcoming environment for customers.
**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other staff members to address customer needs and contribute to a positive working environment.
**Requirements**:
**Customer Service Skills**: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
**Communication**: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
**Organization**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
