**Responsibilities**:

- Handle ticket reservations and bookings for flights, trains, buses, and other modes of transportation
- Issue tickets and confirmations to customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate with airlines, travel agencies, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements
- Assist customers with inquiries, changes, cancellations, and refunds
- Provide travel advice and recommendations to customers based on their preferences and requirements
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and customer interactions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
- Stay updated with changes in travel regulations, fares, and promotions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ticketing or the travel industry
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and reservation software (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking platforms
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
